We normally ship using GATI couriers. We have found them to be highly reliable, responsive to resolving any problems that might arise.
We can also use the carrier of your choice and your account number.
We make every effort to ship in stock items the same day. This is not always possible due to order backlog. Larger orders will also take longer. We need you to let us know how urgent your requirements are so that we can properly prioritize.
It is possible to do same day (counter-to-counter, or point-to-point) shipments for emergency situations.
The product prices do not include shipping or insurance. Our default method is to pre-pay the shipping and add it to your invoice. We charge the standard GATI / Fed-Ex rates. We charge minimum handling charges 1 to 2% depending upon the volume and size.

We charge applicable Central Or Sales Taxes for shipments to addresses in India For all other locations, (Outside India) the purchaser is responsible for paying any uncollected taxes or duties to their local authorities.
Most items will ship from our headquarters in Bombay City.
We will normally send you the tracking number of your shipment via e-mail once the item has shipped. For this reason it is important that you include your e-mail address on your registration or quote.
Hours of Operation
Our normal business hours are 9.30 AM to 6.00 P.M. Mondays through Saturday. We check our messages frequently and will do our best to meet your needs at other times.
